At Priya’s Makeover Academy (PMA), we are committed to have a fare Terms & Condition to operate in the market ethically and make our clients well aware the operating procedures when you visit our website, enroll in courses, or book our makeup services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below:
- Advance Payment & Booking Confirmation: To secure your booking date, a 50% advance payment is required. The remaining 50% balance must be paid prior to the event date via bank transfer or UPI. The advance amount is refundable condition to Refund Policy only. Bookings without a security deposit will not be held.
- Studio Appointments: PMA operates a dedicated Bridal Studio with all facilities under one roof. Clients are expected to visit the studio strictly by prior appointment.
- Consultation Session: A consultation session for bridal styling and looks is included in the Bridal Makeup booking. You can have the same consultation session by taking an apppointment and visiting us accordingly.
- Professional Work Environment: Clients must provide ample space for the team to work comfortably. Apart from the client and PMA team, no one else will be permitted in the designated makeup and hair area.
- Rescheduling: In case of a date or time change, clients must inform PMA at least 7 days prior to the original event date. Rescheduling will be subject to availability, and charges may vary depending on the new date/slot. Failure to inform within the stipulated time will result in forfeiture of the advance payment.
- Cancellation by PMA: In the rare event of cancellation from PMA’s side due to unavoidable circumstances, the full advance payment will be refunded. PMA will also assist in arranging a suitable makeup artist for your special day.
- Additional Services: Nail paint or mehandi service is not included in the Party Makeup category. If nail paint Or mehandi service is required, clients must inform PMA at the time of booking. These services will be arranged on a chargeable basis.
- Hair Accessories & Extensions: Hair accessories, hair extensions, and fresh flowers can be arranged at an additional cost (Apart from complementory offers/if any running by the time of booking), to be discussed during booking.
- Punctuality & Late Fees: Each client is allocated a specific time slot, if you visit us at PMA Bridal Studio. Delays affect subsequent appointments; therefore, a late fee of ₹500 will be charged for every 1 hr of delay.
- Photography & Social Media: Pictures taken after makeup and hairstyling may be posted on PMA’s Instagram, Facebook, or website. Clients with objections must inform PMA in advance.
- Skin Conditions & Allergies: PMA shall not be held responsible for allergic reactions caused by pre-existing skin conditions. All brushes and products are sanitized between applications. Clients must disclose any sensitivities prior to makeup application. A patch test can be performed if required.
- On-Site Services: PMA can provide services at the client’s venue. Travel charges (to & from the academy) will apply and must be paid by the client.
- Outstation & Global Bookings: PMA travels globally for makeup appointments. For outstation bookings:
- Travel and accommodation arrangements must be made by the client for the PMA team.
- Flight arrangements and airport transfers must be provided. If air travel is not possible, cab travel charges must be reimbursed.
- Accommodation must be in the same hotel as the bride. In-room dining charges are extra. If unavailable, daily meal charges will be borne by the client.
- Family / Group Makeup Bookings: At the time of booking, the number of makeups required must be specified. Apart from the bride, family members (±2) are allowed.
- Final Payment: Bookings are confirmed only after the 50% advance payment. The remaining balance must be cleared before the team’s departure from New Delhi. Failure to clear the balance or changes in the agreement will result in cancellation and forfeiture of the advance.
- Schedule Adherence: PMA team arrives on time as per the client’s schedule. If the client requires the team to stay beyond 2 hours of the scheduled time, additional charges of ₹500 for each 1 hour will apply.
- Payment Before Event: Considering the busy nature of weddings, clients must clear the remaining 50% balance plus travel charges (to & fro venue visits) one day before the event to ensure timely service.
- Refund Policy: Bridal bookings require extensive preparation and dedicated slots. Cancellations result in lost earnings and blocked dates. Refunds are processed as follows:
- Cancellation beyond 8 weeks: 70% of advance refunded
- Cancellation beyond 4 weeks: 50% of advance refunded
- Cancellation within 4 weeks: Advance is non-refundable
- Family / Group party makeup bookings: Advance is non-refundable; please confirm exact numbers (±2 persons) at the time of booking.
📜 Terms & Conditions – Makeup Classes
The makeup training program at Priya’s Makeover Academy (PMA) is designed to empower students with skills that enable self-employment and freelancing opportunities. PMA is committed to providing mentorship and ensuring that students gain effective, practical knowledge with the following terms & conditions:
- Advance Payment & Booking Confirmation: To secure your makeup class booking, The remaining fees (90% balance) must be paid prior to the class date via bank transfer or UPI. Please note: the advance amount is non-refundable under any circumstances. Bookings without a security deposit will not be held.
- Class Scheduling & Attendance: Makeup classes are conducted strictly by prior appointment. Clients must arrive on time to ensure full participation. Late arrivals may result in reduced class time without refund.
- Class Content & Materials: The Class Content & Materials are very exclusive, The curriculum covers makeup techniques, product knowledge, and practical application. Basic makeup kits are provided; however, clients are encouraged to bring their own products for personalized learning.
- Professional Conduct & Environment: Clients are expected to follow schedule given and maintain a respectful and professional environment during classes. Disruptive behavior may result in termination of the session without refund.
- Rescheduling & Cancellations: Clients must inform PMA at least 7 days prior to the scheduled class date for rescheduling. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the class will result in forfeiture of the advance payment.
- Refund Policy: Due to the nature of makeup classes and limited slots, the advance payment is non-refundable except in cases where PMA cancels the class. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
- Health & Safety: All makeup tools and products are sanitized before and after each class. Clients must disclose any allergies or skin sensitivities prior to the class. PMA is not responsible for allergic reactions.
- Photography & Social Media: Photos or videos taken during classes may be used by PMA for promotional purposes on social media and websites. Clients with objections must inform PMA in advance.
- Class Duration & Additional Charges: Standard classes last for the scheduled duration. Requests for extended sessions may incur additional charges, to be agreed upon prior to the class.
- Access to Academy: We consider all the academy students as our family and we provide them with access to our academy for connecting and having mentorship sessions for the life long durations.
- Job Surety: Please note: while PMA supports students in building strong foundations and self-placement opportunities, the academy does not guarantee employment as part of these training programs.
- Liability: PMA is not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the use of makeup products or techniques taught during the class.
